How would you work with me?
First, it is important that you know every client's program is individualized and built around that client's unique situation. Although there are obviously common components to all job searches, your program will be personalized to you and_you will absolutely stay in charge of how your job search is implemented. We have recruited and retained some of the top executive-level career consultants in the nation and will carefully select one of them to be your personal career consultant. Because we have found that today's executive is very comfortable working by phone and email, that seasoned consultant will then primarily by phone work closely with you to launch and comprehensively implement your job search. You will, of course, also exchange email correspondence with your consultant and the deliverables from the job lead development, resume writing and research specialists will come to you via email.

How will we implement my job search?
We are told that our approach is very similar to developing and implementing a business plan in that it includes objectives, benchmarks, action plans and deadlines.  You and your consultant will start by clearly defining your objectives, developing a strategic focus, constructing a decision model by which to evaluate job opportunities, and formalizing an initial action plan. It continues with the comprehensive and proactive help you will receive one hour per week from your personal career consultant during the first month of launching your job search and a half hour each week thereafter. You will also receive throughout your job search the deliverables from the professional job search specialists mentioned previously, who are appreciated both for their valuable contributions to your search and for all the time they save you too. Those deliverables from each of the specialists will flow to you through your career consultant so that you and your consultant completely control your job search.

What if at some point I should have some concern about the help I receive from you?
You will have a Career Care Manager who will always be monitoring the quality of the assistance you receive and we would want you to call that person at any time with any concern you have regardless of how small it may be; then count on us to immediately address any concern you might have.

What is your fee?
We have a one-time $3900 retainer that engages our assistance for even as long as six months if your job search should become particularly challenging.  Most executives have also told us that they become so confident about how to effectively conduct a job search if they should ever need to do so again, that they view the education they receive as the added value to all of our help in finding their new position.  We will also always make all of our support services available on a monthly fee basis to any executive who has previously retained us.

Will there be any other costs involved?
We may recommend that you consider certain fee-based executive subscription services on the internet that we consider credible and potentially valuable among the many of those type services that are available. (We can also help you identify which executive search firms to contact.) Those subscription fees in total normally should not exceed a few hundred dollars.
