You will have a Career Care Manager who will always be monitoring the quality of the assistance you receive and we would want you to call that person at any time with any concern you have regardless of how small it may be; then count on everyone, including the firm's partners if necessary, to immediately address any concern you might have.
One of the cornerstone values of our practice is that we try to operate in such a way that you are always comfortable with every aspect of our relationship together. That is why we genuinely invite your comments or questions if at any time you are the least bit uncomfortable with any aspect of the help you receive from us. You will find that your personal consultant will want you to let them know if you should ever have questions or concerns about the help you are receiving because they will always want to address with you any question you may have. However, should for some reason your questions or concerns not be fully addressed with your consultant, we wanted you to have another place to go and that place is your Career Care Manager.
