What is your fee?
Although we have been advised to not mention fee here, you will find that we are up-front and straight-forward about every aspect of our help, including th obviously important fee consderation. We have a one-time $3900 retainer that engages our assistance for even as long as six months if your job search should become particularly challenging. Most executives have also told us that they become so confident about how to effectively conduct a job search if they should ever need to do so again, that they veiw the education they receive as the added value to all of our help in finding their new position. We will also always make all of our support services available on a monthly fee basis to any executive who has previously retained us.
We have explored various fee arrangements over the years. However, because we want every client to get fully integrated and comprehensive assistance from both their personal career consultant and the specialists who help with their program, we ultimately decided to bundle all of our help within one fee. Each program is still personalized to the client and their particular situation, but we want all clients to be able to potentially benefit from all aspects of our assistance and that is why we chose the one-time all-encompassing retainer approach.
