Who are we? (And who we are not; i.e. an executive search firm or personal executive coach)
We are a highly regarded firm that for over twenty years has had a distinguished history of helping executives successfully find new positions. Therefore, we have assisted clients in every type of economy and have likely at some time in the past seen something similar to any job search situation you might encounter as you seek a new position. That is why we have such confidence that our very personalized approach can work for all types of executive-level searches. We believe that we are also still the only firm in the nation with so many years of experience mastering the unique requirements of conducting a confidential executive-level job search. And while we are aware that within the career assistance profession there is a wide disparity of professionalism and competency, we truthfully think you will find that we reflect only the very highest standards of professionalism and support.

We concentrate only on providing the one type of help that we do best, which is to provide exceptional executive job search help. We are seasoned professionals who can help with virtually any type of executive job search, including the unique type of considerations inherent to confidential career change situations. Our professional job search consultants are selected from among the top executive-level career consultants in the nation and our job search support specialists are highly skilled in supporting executives in their job search. Our single goal is to help you be successful in finding the right position to advance your career.
Because the career-help community is very broad, perhaps it might be useful to also explain what we are not. Although we are sometimes confused with being an executive search firm, we are not an executive search firm. We are also not a career/life executive coach, personal executive coach or psychologists. Nor are we a job posting site or mass resume distribution center. Although we will help you develop a resume that is notably superior to what is frequently used by executives, we are also not just a resume-writing shop. In summary, we do not try to be everything to everyone. Because we have learned throughout the years that a successful job search campaign must be comprehensive, it may touch some aspects of the services offered by others. However, we are dedicated to only helping executives find the right new position.
While we have a genuine respect for the value offered by the executive coach, therapist, executive search firm or executive search consultant and others who are involved in coaching executives or serving them in other ways, we are obviously different from them. The executive-level job search process is sufficiently challenging to such an extent that we have found that it necessitates a unique concentration of expertise to master it. That is why we have resisted coaching executives in other ways and have focused only on providing the highest level of executive job search help.
